At Melelli, we're committed to offering devices that truly meet your needs. We encourage you to use our products for at least 14 consecutive days before considering a return. If you're not satisfied after 14 days and are still within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at info@melelli.com .

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation or modification requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order will be processed and changes may no longer be possible. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We believe in the effectiveness of our devices and invite you to try them for at least 14 consecutive days, carefully following the instructions provided.

If after 14 days of regular use you have not noticed any improvements, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • The device must have been used twice daily for at least 14 consecutive days.

It is mandatory to provide:

  • A brief description of your daily usage (e.g., when you used it and with what effects).

  • A continuous video of at least 30 seconds, clearly showing the device turned on and in proper use.

After the request is approved:

  • The product must be shipped at your own expense within 7 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) of our formal authorization.

  • The refund will be issued only after physical receipt of the product and verification of compliance with all the indicated conditions.

⚠️ If the refund is not sent within 7 calendar days, if the shipment is late, or if the documentation is incomplete, the refund request will be automatically canceled.

Shipping Costs and Return Address

  • Initial shipping costs (from our warehouse to the customer) are non-refundable.

  • Return costs are entirely borne by the customer.

If your request is approved, the product must be returned to the operational address we will communicate to you via email (in Italy).
The return address does NOT coincide with a registered or commercial office, but is used exclusively for returns management.
Any customs fees or return costs will be borne by the customer.

Cases of Exclusion from the Warranty

The “Satisfaction or Refund” guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • Use not in accordance with the instructions indicated.

  • Failure to provide the required proof of use (description + video).

  • Shipping beyond the established times.

  • Obvious damage or misuse of the device.

Damaged Products

We ensure each product is carefully packaged. If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@melelli.com with a clear photo of the damage.
We'll consider sending you a free replacement. Damage from misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ensure timely shipments, but we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs or courier issues.
If you encounter any problems, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Melelli is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to enter a correct address when ordering. If the address is not updated within 24 hours, we will not be able to resend or issue a refund.

Melelli reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. By making a purchase, you accept the terms in effect at the time of ordering.
